3. How to Download & Install GM Techline eSI Step 1 – Obtain Credentials & Subscription Important Disclaimer: Access to GM Techline eSI requires
Your GM dealership or authorized ACES (Automotive Cybersecurity Engineering Standard) account administrator provides a GlobalConnect or Techline username/password. Ensure your subscription includes Service Information (eSI) access.
Step 2 – Download Techline Connect Techline Connect is the universal installer that manages eSI and other GM tools.
